FS-XXX Lockable Feeding Sheave
Lockable feeding sheave with either ALR-140 or ALR-115 rollers to aid the entrance and exiting of cables through conduits.
Insert the sleeve into the conduit, tighten the locking bolt for a firm clamp and the cable is ready to pull.
For conduits below 80mm please specify whether it is to service a telecommunication or electrical conduit.

Hearthill Conduit Rubber Cleaner

The Conduit rubber cleaner is manufactured with 4 x rubber squeegees and a pulling eye at each end for hauling.
Large debris should be removed first with WBC-XXX wire brush cleaner then with CRC-XXX to remove finer sediment like gravel and mud etc. For conduits below 80mm please specify whether it is to service a telecommunication or electrical conduit. Custom sizes are also available upon request.

DSF-XXXX-XXT A-frame type Drum Stand
Hearthill also offers a range of Certified A-frame type drum stands. All sets are complete with drum spindle, cones and collars and are flat packed ready for assembly. Should fixing be required base plates are in place for M12 dynabolts. Provisions for disk brakes are also included.
DSF-2016-6T will suit drums up to 2m in diameter and 1.6m in width weighing 6,000kg. Complete with levelling screws, 66mm drum spindle, 66mm x 2800mm cones and collars.
For larger drums up to 2.4m in diameter and 2m wide the DSF-2420-12T will store cable drums up to 12,000kg. Levelling screws, ø90mm drum spindle and components included.
The DSF-3624-16T will accommodate drums up to 3.6m in diameter x 2.4m in width weighing up to 16,000kg.
100mm drum spindle and accessories are supplied. This A-frame stand features an out rig should extra stability is required during service. Provisions for 2 x Disc Brakes are included.

Hearthill Drum Jack Stand

The DJS-58T shown here is the complete set of Hearthill’s manually operated and transportable drum stand.
This unit is fitted with two Japanese hydraulic jacks giving the top roller assemblies a tested and certified Working Load limit of 8,000kg for cable drums up to a diameter of 3 metres and width of 1.8 metres. Also supplied is two jack extensions which gives users an additional 250mm of lift.
The set also has two frontal roller assemblies which slides in 7 positions, 100mm apart for smaller drums.
When purchased the set comes with;
2 x complete stands with bottle jacks and handles, pneumatic wheels
1 x stamped and registered 90 mm in diameter axle
2 x 250mm extension blocks
2 x Drum centering cones
2 x Axle retaining collars
Note – Attached to the DJS above is the optioned mechanical disc brake, complete with adjustable fixing arm, DB-900 is everything you need to brake the rotation of the drum.
