The TONE GST Series is a comprehensive range of wired electric nutrunners with integrated torque controllers — no external box, no trailing leads. Ten torque tiers cover 150 N·m through to 10,000 N·m across standard square drive, double-switch, high-torque, and spline socket configurations. Automatic shut-off, ±5% repeat accuracy, double-insulated construction, and Digitorqon compatibility across most models. Purpose-built for structural steel, civil infrastructure, and heavy industrial bolting. Available in 100V and 200V single-phase. Supplied with reaction bars and metal case as standard.

The TONE GST Series is TONE’s flagship wired nutrunner range — covering 150 N·m to 10,000 N·m across ten torque tiers, with the torque controller built directly into the tool body. One range, from general structural steelwork all the way to the heaviest civil and industrial applications.
Why the GST Series
The defining feature of the GST Series is its integrated torque controller. Unlike nutrunners that require a separate external controller box connected by cable, the GST Series houses the control mechanism inside the tool body — keeping the tool compact, the worksite cleaner, and the setup straightforward. Connect to power, preset the torque dial, and the tool stops automatically when it hits the mark, every time.
The range spans ten torque tiers from 150 N·m through to 10,000 N·m, covering structural steel bolting from M16 high-tension bolts at the entry end through to the heaviest bridge, rail, and plant infrastructure applications at the top. Most models also accept optional lever sockets, converting the tool to GSR-type operation when the application demands it.
A double-switch variant (GST81WT/82WT) is available at the 350–800 N·m tier for applications where two-hand operation is required — both switches must be engaged simultaneously to run the tool, preventing finger crush injuries at the reaction bar.
