Izumi S7L-610 15 Tonne Battery Hydraulic Crimper

The Izumi S7L-610M battery operated 15 tonne compression tools use dies for applying compression fittings to copper, aluminium, ACSR and various other cables and conductors. This tool uses either specific 15 tonne dies or can use 12 tonne dies with an adaptor. The S7L-610M has the largest output and piston travel of all the Izumi tools allowing it to crimp up to 400/500mm2 aluminium or 630mm2 copper lugs.
The lunch box style “Series 7” tools can either be placed on the ground or have finger indents in the base for easier handling. The crimper now features a new larger handle opening with a rocker type advance/retract switch located on top of the handle for one finger trigger operation.
Uses the common 18V Makita battery platform.

Izumi PG-610B Force Test Gauge

Used to calibrate output force of most 12 and 15 tonne hydraulic hand, battery and remote head tools that use standard 12 tonne dies. The PG-610B force test gauge can measure output force up to 15 ton.
The PG-610B comes complete with flat test dies and steel carrying case.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Output force adjustment of tools requires a calibrated force test gauge and appropriate tools to adjust the relief valve. Improper adjustment may result in too high or too low of inner pressure. Higher pressure may cause damage to the tool or seals. Lower pressure results in insufficient tool output causing improper connection of compressed connectors.
Izumi P-60 – Max Cut 60mm
Izumi P-60 Remote Cable Cutter Head
The P-60 hydraulic cutter head cuts non ferrous cables up to 60mm OD. These guillotine style cutting heads jam less than scissor shear type cutters and have spring return rams. Remote heads are designed for fast cutting and allow remote operation and manoeuvrability into tight areas.
It can be operated by any 700 bar hydraulic pump. The blades are easily replaceable and the head has a lock pin type latch for easy insertion of cutting material.
