When battery power isn’t available, a lightweight hand tool is often the most practical option. HTC supplies manual cable cutters from Izumi and OPT. Manual hydraulic and ratchet designs convert hand effort into clean, repeatable cuts without any power source.

The Izumi S and S-A series cover a wide cutting capacity range across standard and improved models. The IZ-325A hand ratchet cutter adds a lightweight option for smaller diameter cuts. OPT’s LK-550 rounds out the range with a dedicated hand cutter for larger diameter cables.
