Plumettaz Watucab™ Cable Installer
The Plumettaz Watucab™ is a hydraulic cable installer purpose-built for underground power cable installation using water or free-floating propulsion technology. Three models — Duplex, Triplex, and Triplex XL — handle single cables from 45 to 160 mm and triple cable configurations from 3×25 to 3×65 mm in ducts from 90 to 250 mm OD. Up to 1,350 daN pushing force at 17 m/min. Remote monitoring included as standard. Suited to low, medium, and high voltage power network infrastructure.

The Plumettaz Watucab™ installs large underground power cables using water propulsion — eliminating the synchronisation, high installation forces, and cable damage risk that conventional pulling techniques bring. Purpose-built for energy infrastructure where performance and cable integrity are non-negotiable.
