TONE Electric Nutrunner (PDX Series)

The TONE PDX Series Digitorqon is a wired electric nutrunner with an integrated digital torque measurement and display system. Rather than simply controlling torque, it measures, displays, and records the applied torque in real time. Two models cover 1,000–3,000 N·m and 2,000–5,000 N·m, and both are available in 100V and 200V.

The tool achieves ±4% accuracy when operators use the supplied reaction bar. Each unit includes straight and L-shaped reaction bars, a microSD card, a calibration certificate, and a metal case. As a result, it suits wind power, shipbuilding, pipe flange connections, and any heavy industrial application that requires documented torque verification.

How Digital Torque Verification Works

Most nutrunners stop at torque control. They shut off once the tool reaches the preset value and leave it there. However, this tool goes a step further. An integrated digital measurement system tracks the actual applied torque in real time, displays it on a swivel screen, and logs every fastening event to a microSD card for quality records and traceability.

This makes it a fundamentally different class of tool compared to the brand’s standard wired nutrunners. It’s not just a nutrunner — it’s a nutrunner with a built-in torque verification and data logging system. For industries that require documented proof of torque, such as wind turbine assembly, shipbuilding, pipe flange connections, and plant maintenance, it eliminates the need for a separate torque audit step.

When operators use the supplied straight reaction bar, the tool achieves ±4% accuracy — tighter than the ±5% rating of the standard wired range. Two models cover 1,000–3,000 N·m (PDX301A/302A) and 2,000–5,000 N·m (PDX501A/502A), and both are available in 100V and 200V single-phase.
