The TONE CNRS Nutrunner Series is a heavy-duty cordless range extending structural bolting into higher torque territory. Four models cover 700–1,800 N·m through to 4,000–10,000 N·m, across 1″ square, 1½” square, and spline socket (SPS60/SPS100) drives.
In addition, a brushless DC motor, automatic torque shut-off, ±5% repeat accuracy, and the HiKOKI Multi-Volt battery platform with a 40-minute charge time carry through the whole range. Each unit is supplied with L-shaped reaction bar, battery, charger, and metal case.
How Heavy-Duty Cordless Torque Control Works
The standard cordless range covers structural bolting up to 2,100 N·m; this heavy-duty range picks up where that leaves off. It’s built for heavy civil, infrastructure, and industrial applications where high torque is required and a power cable isn’t practical.
Four torque tiers span the full range: 700–1,800 N·m on a 1″ square drive, 1,600–4,000 N·m on a 1½” square drive, 2,400–6,000 N·m on an SPS60 spline socket, and 4,000–10,000 N·m on an SPS100 spline socket. The two largest models mirror the spline socket configuration of the brand’s wired high-torque tools, delivering the same capability with full site mobility.
Furthermore, all four models run on the same HiKOKI Multi-Volt battery platform (BSL 36B18 / BSL 36A18) used across the other cordless models in the range, with a consistent 40-minute charge time. A brushless DC motor delivers efficient power output, and automatic shut-off stops the tool the moment the preset torque is reached.

Compatible batteries are HiKOKI BSL 36B18 and BSL 36A18 only, and the charger is not sold separately. Bolts per charge figures are based on tightening at maximum torque; real-world counts will be higher at lower torque settings.
