TONE Electric Nutrunner (PDX Series)
The TONE PDX Series Electric Power Digitorqon is a wired electric nutrunner with an integrated digital torque measurement and display system — it doesn’t just control torque, it measures, displays, and records it in real time. Two models cover 1,000–3,000 N·m and 2,000–5,000 N·m, each available in 100V and 200V. Accurate to ±4% with the supplied reaction bar. Supplied with straight and L-shaped reaction bars, microSD card, calibration certificate, and metal case. Built for wind power, shipbuilding, pipe flange connections, and any heavy industrial application where documented torque verification is required.

Why the PDX Series
Most nutrunners stop at torque control — they shut off when the preset value is reached and leave it there. The PDX Series goes a step further. An integrated digital Digitorqon torque measurement system measures the actual applied torque in real time, displays it on a swivel screen, and logs every fastening event to a microSD card for quality records and traceability.
This makes the PDX Series a fundamentally different class of tool to the GST or GSR Series — it is not just a nutrunner, it is a nutrunner with a built-in torque verification and data logging system. For industries where documented proof of torque is required — wind turbine assembly, shipbuilding, pipe flange connections, plant maintenance — this eliminates the need for a separate torque audit step.
Accuracy is rated at ±4% when used with the supplied straight reaction bar, tighter than the ±5% of the standard GST and GSR ranges. Two models cover 1,000–3,000 N·m (PDX301A/302A) and 2,000–5,000 N·m (PDX501A/502A), both available in 100V and 200V single-phase.
