TONE Electric Wheel Digitorqon (ETW71D Series)

The TONE ETW71D Digitorqon is the Digitorqon-equipped version of the brand’s electric wheel wrench for large commercial vehicles, delivering precision torque-controlled tyre nut tightening with real-time torque measurement and verification built in. Three models cover lever-type and cup-type configurations across JIS and New ISO bolt patterns, all with a 350–700 N·m torque range.

A calibration certificate is included as standard. Each unit is supplied with the measurement unit, a matching square drive unit, and a metal case.

How Built-In Torque Verification Works

The standard electric wheel wrench delivers accurate, repeatable torque-controlled wheel nut tightening through automatic shut-off. This version goes a step further — an integrated measurement unit displays the actual applied torque as you work, giving the operator immediate confirmation that each nut has been correctly torqued.

For operations where compliance, liability, or documented wheel safety is a consideration — fleet operators, commercial transport workshops, public transport authorities — this removes the need for a separate post-tightening torque check. The calibration certificate supplied with every unit supports audit and compliance requirements from day one.

The three models mirror the base wrench’s configuration: a lever-type unit for variable bolt spacing (ETW71LD) and two cup-type units for JIS (ETW71C68D) and New ISO (ETW71CD) wheel patterns, all sharing the same base wrench and torque range.
