Why the ETW71 Series
Hand torque wrenches and impact guns are the most common tools for commercial vehicle wheel nut service, but neither delivers the combination of speed, consistency, and accuracy that the ETW71 Series does. The electric torque control mechanism shuts off automatically the moment the preset torque is reached — removing operator variance entirely and delivering the same result on every wheel nut, every time.
The ETW71 Series is built around a single shared power unit (ETW71) that pairs with three interchangeable square drive units to suit different wheel configurations. The lever-type TW7LL unit suits wheels with 90–120 mm bolt spacing, while the TW7C68L and TW7CL cup-type units cover JIS (6 & 8 hole) and New ISO (8 & 10 hole) patterns respectively. This modular design means a single base unit can service mixed fleets without needing separate tools for each vehicle type.
For operations requiring documented torque verification, the optional Digitorqon attachments (DT7TWT or DTM8) can be added to measure and confirm applied torque during tightening — without requiring a separate audit step.
