Tohnichi Interchangeable Head Type Torque Wrench

The Tohnichi Interchangeable Head Type Torque Wrench is a single wrench body that accepts a wide range of interchangeable heads — open end spanner, ring, ratchet, hex, and more — covering a variety of applications without needing multiple dedicated tools. Six model families offer adjustable, preset, pre-lock, and metal-handle configurations to suit different environments and requirements. Made in Japan.

Series Overview

• BCSP Pre-set Type — click type for both clockwise and counter-clockwise applications; special clockwise-only model available.
• CL/CLE Adjustable Type — interchangeable head for multipurpose use; torque value set with external scale and knob.
• CL-MH Adjustable Type with Metal Handle — knurled metal handle version of the mid-range CL series; suited to greasy conditions such as garage work.
• CSP Pre-set Type — preset version with no reading scale; torque value set using key and tester; CSPLS version adds a limit switch for torque verification to PLC or Tohnichi CNA-4mk2 Count Checker.
• CSP-MH and CSPLS-MH Pre-set with Metal Handle and Limit Switch — same as CSP/CSPLS but with metal handle; CSPLS-MH limit switch connects to PLC or CNA-4mk2.
• PCL Pre-lock and Adjustable — interchangeable head pre-lock style; external scale but requires hex key to set; heads easily exchangeable.
