Manufactured with a replaceable rubber sleeve reinforced with heavy-duty aramid cord, these plugs ensure safe, simple handling and extreme durability under grueling civil, municipal, and industrial pipeline conditions.

PLUGSY VP Designs – What’s the Difference?

Unlike standard bypass setups, the PLUGSY VP family consists entirely of high-capacity flow-through plugs available in three distinct, modular configurations to seamlessly adapt to your specific working conditions and bypass requirements:

VP1 – Threaded Bypass Configuration

VP1 plugs are supplied with a standard integrated thread. A bypass adapter is only required if you need to reduce the bypass size to match specific testing or smaller hose connections.

VP2 – Modular Bypass Configuration

VP2 plugs are supplied completely without a built-in thread, offering maximum asset flexibility. A dedicated bypass adapter (sold separately in different sizes) is always required to unlock full flow-through functionality.

VP3 – Ready-to-Go Integrated Adapter System

VP3 plugs come completely integrated and ready for deployment, featuring a built-in adapter system that is fully included in the plug’s baseline configuration and price.
