Chance Conductive Suit for Safe Barehand Live-Line Work

Barehand live-line work puts the lineman’s body at the same electrical potential as the conductor. HTC supplies the Chance conductive suit for transmission line maintenance up to 765 kV. The two-piece design blends Nomex aramid fibre with fine stainless steel fibre for full-body conductivity. A Zepel finish repels water, and the fabric meets or exceeds IEC 895 for conductive clothing. Conductive socks complete the outfit, maintaining continuity from head to foot while bonded to the line.
