The DIAMOND DMC-135HR Cordless Messenger Wire Cutter is a powerful 36V cordless cutting tool designed for utility contractors, electrical installers, and railway maintenance teams requiring fast, precise cutting of messenger wire and trolley wires. Capable of cutting messenger wire up to 135 mm² (approximately 15 mm in diameter) in just two seconds, it delivers efficient, spark-free cutting performance that helps reduce work time during installation, maintenance, and removal operations. With a cutting capacity of 90 mm² and 135 mm² messenger wire, as well as GT110 and GT170 trolley wires, it provides a versatile solution for demanding utility and railway applications.

Engineered for flexibility and reliable field operation, the DMC-135HR features a 360-degree rotating head and motor unit for improved access in confined working areas, along with a release mechanism to free the piston if it becomes jammed. Powered by the HiKOKI MultiVolt 36V lithium-ion battery system, it supports approximately 380 cuts per charge on 90 mm² wire and 250 cuts on 135 mm² wire, with a charging time of around 25 minutes. Weighing 5.6 kg including the battery, it can also support continuous operation with an optional 100V AC adapter, making it ideal for messenger wire cutting, trolley wire maintenance, and efficient wire removal in utility and industrial environments.
