3890 HYDRAULIC CHAIN PIPE CUTTERS (Pipe cutter Wheeler Rex – Large chain hydraulic)
Wheeler-Rex Hydraulic Cutters are the solution to cutting larger diameter Cast Iron, ACR (asbestos concrete) and Concrete Pipe.
Like the hand operated “snap” cutters, hydraulic cutters are not rotated around pipe. Their remotely operated hydraulic pumps provide the required power.
A 2″–3″ minimum clearance is all that is needed to wrap cutter chain around pipe making them ideal for confined space with having to use an abrasive saw which can produce dangerous dust particles.
Complete with pump, hose and case.

Employs the “Squeeze and Pop” cutting principle
Great for safely cutting Concrete, Asbestos reinforced concrete, cast iron, and ceramic pipe.
Materials are all cut with the same wheels
Cutter does not rotate around the pipe
Works well on loose pipe or in a trench
Remote pump for ease and safety
Not recommended for Ductile iron, Plastic or Steel pipe.
