By using a pulley system, you can go up to five times (5x) this pulling force.nit differs from others by having a rope grabbing system and clutches built it, the primary application for this unit is for hauling up a steep incline.
The rope grabber allows the operator to release their grip of the rope without the load rolling down the hill, the clutch system allows the user to pause the haul without the rope continuing to spin and wear out both the drum and rope.
Not specifically designed for straight lifting for that application a PCH model winch can be specified.

The most common usage is for lifting using the vertical pull support (PCA-1264).
It is easily anchored by one person with the help of built-in magnets. Four reversible aluminium hooks provide grip on most angle irons from 10 cm to 30 cm wide, single or double thickness. They tighten with molded hand knobs and no tools are required.
The pylon mount can also be used for pulling using the winch support plate (PCA-1268).

The skidding cone is an essential tool for small-scale timber harvesting activities. It prevents logs from getting stuck in roots, stumps and other obstacles. Its elliptical-shaped nose makes it robust and allows it to slide along residual trees, thus avoiding injuries during regeneration. Made of high-performance polymer plastic, it is lightweight, flexible and virtually unbreakable.
Its large opening can fit a trunk of 50cm in diameter, or several bundled stems. The friction on the ground is considerably reduced, which makes it possible to pull heavier loads. It can be used with a portable winch, behind an all-terrain vehicle, a snowmobile, a small tractor and even a horse, in any season.
