The TONE CNRS Series is TONE’s high-torque cordless nutrunner range — extending the CNR Series into heavy structural and civil applications that demand more. Four models cover 700–1,800 N·m through to 4,000–10,000 N·m across 1″ square, 1½” square, and spline socket (SPS60/SPS100) drives. Brushless DC motor, automatic torque shut-off, ±5% repeat accuracy, and HiKOKI Multi-Volt battery platform with 40-minute charge time. Supplied with L-shaped reaction bar, battery, charger, and metal case.

The TONE CNRS Series takes cordless bolting into heavy-duty territory — combining the freedom of battery operation with the torque output previously only possible from a mains-powered tool. Four models cover 700 N·m to 10,000 N·m.
Why the CNRS Series
The standard CNR Series covers structural bolting up to 2,100 N·m. The CNRS Series picks up where that leaves off — purpose-built for heavy civil, infrastructure, and industrial applications where high torque is required and a power cable simply isn’t practical.
The range spans four torque tiers: 700–1,800 N·m on a 1″ square drive (CNRS180), 1,600–4,000 N·m on a 1½” square drive (CNRS400), 2,400–6,000 N·m on a SPS60 spline socket (CNRS600), and 4,000–10,000 N·m on a SPS100 spline socket (CNRS1000). The CNRS600 and CNRS1000 mirror the spline socket configuration of the wired GST-601/602 and GST-1001/1002 — delivering the same high-torque capability with full site mobility.
All four models run on the same HiKOKI Multi-Volt battery platform (BSL 36B18 / BSL 36A18) as the CNR and CNB Series, with a consistent 40-minute charge time across the range. A brushless DC motor delivers efficient power output, and automatic shut-off stops the tool the moment the preset torque is reached.
