The REC-54M Battery Cable Cutter was specifically designed for cutting the toughest copper and aluminium cables up to 50mm OD and ACSR up to 37mm OD in a limited amount of space.

  • Cuts are clean with minimal cable distortion and the tool comfortably fits into a gloved hand.
  • Both blades are notched to prevent denting of the cutting surfaces when steel strand is encountered.
  • This heavy duty cable cutter for cables with a powerful gear reduction motor pulls a movable blade through the toughest cables.
  • It is equipped with a circuit breaker for overloading protection.
  • The rocker trigger switch is easily activated with one hand so that other hand is always free to align and manoeuvre cutting material.
  • The trigger also includes a safety dead-man button to prevent inadvertent operation.
